Whirly: good to go

Gnomergan was a bust. At 31 we were too high for the content we wanted. It was our first trip so we went in the front door and jumped down. I guess we know the place too well, I think Mark has soloed in there at some point. He marched us through with little trouble.

The Mage died twice, but he’s an ass anyway. Warrior and Priest survived both of the Mage deaths so obviously, not belittling their skills, we weren’t being pushed. Mike was happy he was able to use rez, an unusual event. Normally, we either survive or completely wipe. With only three of us, there is seldom middle ground.

I’m for just passing on Gnomer and heading on to Scarlet Monastery, but there are some nice items we need from those evil Gnomes. Maybe two more runs to get everything. It’s not a bad zone, I just don’t like having to watch behind us all the time. Even during the fights, once I’ve started nuking the target, I’ve got to change my camera around to watch behind. Those alarm bots are such a pain.
